Demos of upcoming work |
Dust Song demos |
Slow HillsSlow Hills is one of the most straightforwardly romantic pieces I have written. It's heavily influenced by Hidden Orchestra and was written during a particular misty autumn..This is a performance by me in St. John's Divinity School, Cambridge.

Seventh SealThis is a piece of electronic theatrical music, composed for a performance of Bergman's The Seventh Seal at the ADC Theatre (directed by Celine Lowenthal). It uses sea sounds to match the famous opening, in which the knight and death play chess on the seashore.

InductionThis is a trailer for Filthy Lucre 3, using a for a piece I wrote with the choreographer Julie Schmidt Andreasen for performance in January 2014. I'll try to make a full copy of the work available soon - this has some of the instrumental lines replaced with synthesiser and piano. The beautiful film is by Paul Vernon.

Dust SongDust Song is a play/opera I wrote with Ceci Mourkoggianis over the winter of 2012/13. It moves from play to opera over its course, whilst dealing with themes of repressed memory and troubled family. It was performed at the ADC, conducted by Zvika Vogel and starred Camilla Seale, Billie Robson, Joaquim Cassel and Nils Greenhow.

Filthy Lucre'Whose mouths must be stopped, who subvert whole houses, teaching things which they ought not, for Filthy Lucre's sake' - Titus 1:11
Filthy Lucre was first performed at the night of the same name in November 2011. Conducted by Will Cole and performed by Cambridge students, this is a live recording of that evening. |
The Internal Glow Of Electric HeartsThis is an electronic song sung by Catherine Harrison and set to Oran Maguire's translation of The Futurist Manifesto by Marinetti.

Drown The TideThis is an electronic piece I wrote in 2011. Its title remains one of my favourites.
